The intent of this NO COST site is to reunite animals with their humans. Although many newspapers and other publications provide free Lost and Found columns, the ads usually run for a very short time and do not provide a photo. My hope and intent is to post photos whenever possiblePostings to this site will remain until the animal has been found or until the animal's owner requests that the ad be removed and there will be NO CHARGE for listings or photos. PLEASE do not give up hope too soon - MANY pets are reunited with their owners days, weeks, or even months later - one friend found her dog over a year later!!
WARNING: THERE ARE SEVERAL REPORTS OF DOGS BEING STOLEN IN MONTANA, WITH LABRADOR RETRIEVERS BEING ESPECIALLY TARGETED.
As much as is possible, please provide me with the following information when requesting that I post either a lost or found animal:
If Lost - Breed, Sex, Spayed/Neutered or not, Age, Color, Microchipped or not, Where animal last seen and most important, a photo in jpg or bmp form.
If Found - as much of the above information as you can ascertain, plus where the animal was found, and again,
if possible, a photo in jpg or bmp form.
